A French walnut table from the 18th century, with shell carved apron, two lateral drawers, turned baluster legs on bun feet and H-Form cross stretcher. Created in France during the 18th century, this walnut table features a rectangular top with beveled edges and canted corners, sitting above an elegant apron carved with shell motifs on two sides and comprising of two lateral drawers on the other two sides. Fitted with wooden pulls, the drawers each showcase a dovetail construction revealing the piece's good age. The ensemble is raised on four elegant turned baluster legs with rectangular block joints and mounted on bun feet, connected to one another through a plain H-Form cross stretcher strengthening the ensemble beautifully.
