A stunning early 18th century rectangular desk, bureau or scriban in burr walnut, ebony inlay, kingwood, rosewood and burl veneers. The top section has a centre door and 9 oak lined drawers. The lower section with sliding top revealing another five drawers and a pull out writing slope. All above one long drawer, standing on 4 canted legs joined by a curved stretcher.
