"Pair Of Figural Bronze Patine &dore Andirons Or Chenet "
Figural andirons or chenet of cast bronze in both dark patine and dore finishes. Although probably 19 th century in manufacture, they are very close in appearance to the early Louis XV models of the 18th century. Besides enhancing a fireplace they could also be used as lamp bases, or simply appreciated as decorative objects on a commode top.
