18th Century George III green lacquered serpentine fronted knife box with brass carrying handles, escutcheon plate, hinges and feet. Retains original velvet lined fitted interior and steel key. The edges lacquered in ebony finish with leaf and berry detail. 23" H x 7 1/2" W x 6" D.
