French 1710s Walnut Communication Doors from Convent in Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort WW301

"French 1710s Walnut Communication Doors from Convent in Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort WW301"
A pair of French Louis XIV period early 18th century walnut communication doors from a former convent located in Saint Hyppolyte du Fort in the Gard department, Occitan region, with raised panels and iron hardware. Created in Southern France at the end of Louis XIV's (the Sun King) reign in the first quarter of the 18th century, this walnut pair of French communication doors features a perfectly harmonious arrangement of four rows of panels adorned with raised and molded accents. The doors are fitted with handsome iron hardware with fleur-de-lys and scrolling motifs complimenting the linearity of the silhouette beautifully. The size of the panels alternates nicely on the façade, thus creating a lively effect. The doors are elegant seen on both sides. With its clean lines and great walnut patina, this pair of French Louis XIV period communication doors circa 1710 will bring a touch of majesty to any room. The doors are sold as seen in the pictures, with no extra hardware or framing. The dimensions are: for the doors: 48.125"W x 98."H. For the frame: 51.75"W x 102"H x 4"D
